Toronto may expand public health department distribution of female condoms.
The department is looking at a 20% increase in condom usage when the female condom is available. The test group is very small but it appears to be enough of an increase that they are taking the condom seriously. Condom Proficiency 101 According to the study, 43 percent of men said that they did not begin using a condom until after intercourse had already begun, and 15 percent removed the condom before finishing.
